Noira / The operating system
The work continues
after the click.
A named owner, an agreed response path and a record of what happened. That’s how we connect the website to the operation.
01 / Routing design
Test the normal path.
Then test the failure.
This demonstration shows the intended handoff logic. It does not send messages or represent an installed client system.
02 / Responsibilities
Clear ownership
on both sides.
A connected system still needs people. We agree who handles each event before launch.
Noira operates
- Agreed website and campaign scope
- Integration delivery and monitoring
- Routing QA, attribution and reporting
- Change control and technical escalation
Your team owns
- Legal, prospective client decisions
- Human intake response
- Approved claims, offers and practice information
- Reliable outcome data and timely review
03 / A useful review
Performance needs
reliable definitions.
We separate raw inquiries from valid inquiries, human response and confirmed outcomes. Reporting limits remain visible.
An automated acknowledgment
isn’t a human response.
Reports include response timestamps and unresolved queues. If the CRM provider cannot return an outcome, we record that gap and agree a reconciliation process.
04 / Account ownership
Your accounts.
A documented handover.
Client domains, advertising accounts, tracking numbers and business systems stay under your control. Access is delegated through individual accounts wherever the provider supports it.
The engagement defines access, usage costs, support coverage and offboarding. We document the configured workflows and transfer the agreed assets at handover. No hidden promise of unlimited integrations or round-the-clock human intake.
